Sports Hero’s United Policies and Procedures

Sports Heroes United is a monthly (4 weeks every month) Sports Enrichment program. All classes are 30 to 35 minutes long and are held once a week on school grounds. All registration forms must be filled out in full. Payments including the $25 annual registration fee must be made in full at time of registration unless otherwise noted.

 

Billing is organized into two tracks. The first billing track runs from the 1st through the 15th of each month for the upcoming month’s tuition, with payments due within that period and a late fee of $15.00 applied after the 20th. The second billing track runs from the 10th through the 20th of each month for the upcoming month’s tuition, with payments due within that period and a late fee of $15.00 applied after the 25th.

You will be assigned to one of these billing tracks and notified via email of your designated schedule. Billing is for the upcoming month and will be applied accordingly. Notification of any late fees will be communicated via email, phone, or written letter.

 

Refunds or make-up classes will not be given for individual absences or Holidays.

 

Sports Heroes United will send out a monthly e-mail to notify parents of monthly tuition, a monthly "Sports Schedule", as well as, emails addressing other Sports Hero’s news. Please make sure to add us to your contact information. In addition, the Heroes receive sports stamps showing what sports we played on sports day.

 

Please make all checks payable to Brent Roper. Zelle is our preferred EFT Method.

 

To withdraw from Sports Heroes United a written two-week notice is required and payments will continue until sports program admin staff is notified.
